On behalf of all COTYs (Medford Citezens of The Year), I'd like to extend our deepest sympathy on the loss of one of our most distinguished (1997) COTY Alumnus.
I personally admired Wally,and respected his ideas and intelligence. It was great to see him last year at the Mayor's City Celebrastion on the grounds of the McGlynn and Andrerws Schools.
