Not sure what to say?

I have wonderful memories of the holiday parties these Drs would give every year and who cold forget being a caddy for their annual golf tournament?

I worked as a nurse at Good Samaritan Hosp in the late 1960's until 1974...I will always remember what a kind man Dr. Reed was...always running between "Sam's place and Joe's place" I retired from Case Mgmt in 2007 in California.

I had the pleasure and privilege of working at Surgicenter for Dr. Reed for 7 and 1/2 years and it was a truly wonderful experience that I will never forget. It was the best job I ever had and Dr. Reed will never be forgotten. Brenda Fulks

Dr Reed was a gentle, passionate and humble visionary. He changed the practice of medicine forever. It was an honor to have worked with him in SAMBA and FASA.

Dr. Reed's visionary launch of the ambulatory surgery center industry allowed me to work in the most rewarding career. In my privileged years of working with Dr. Reed, what I remember most is that he was a true gentleman and had warm heart. I was inspired by his dedication to serving patients and their families, his staff and his family and true love for his wife Maria. He was a legend in so many ways.

A true Visionary and a true Gentleman.
I remember working with him when Medical Care first begam invloved with his Center, He taught me alot, and I will always remember him.

I had the blessing many years ago of having Dr. Reed administer anesthesia in more than one of my procedures. He was definitely the best!! May God bring comfort to you, his family during these days.

Dr. Reed was an inspiration to countless people who worked in the industry that he founded and what led to nationwide growth of ambulatory surgery centers saving millions of patients many millions of dollars, but more importantly allowed them to have their family with them except for the time in the operating room and to be able to go to their own
home, the best place to recover surrounded by loved ones. His memory will line on forever.

Wallace Reed was a wonderful person, husband, father, physician, leader and dear friend to me. I had the pleasure of following in his footsteps and working with him in pioneering ambulatory anesthesia at local, national and international levels. Our deepest sympathy to all the family at the loss of the uniquely special man. He will be missed by all who knew him. Unfortunately, I've followed his footsteps as my wife has Alzheimers Disease.
