I worked with Wally for a few years at the Waikoloa Village Association, where he managed the pool facility back in 2007. Wally was an absolute joy to work with. He saw the positive in everything; nothing rattled him. I enjoyed hearing about his softball adventures and light-spirited rivalries with the other teams.
