Not sure what to say?

Pat,
I never had the pleasure of meeting Wally but I know how special he was from so many others. I just wanted to say how truly saddened I am for your loss and my prayers are with you, dear sister in Christ.

Pat and family,
I always felt a little closer to God whenever I would group at Ultreya with Wally. The last two times that he was there, I shared with him what I had once heard a priest say at a funeral. And that was that there will be times when we miss our loved ones so much after they are gone. We will smell a smell that reminds us of them or see a picture or hear a phrase that will make our hearts remember and yearn for them. The priest said that those are special graces that God...

Pat....We have all lost a dear friend and brother in Christ. Wally was such and inspiration. As you celebrate his life, may Christ comfort you in your loss.

Wally truely loves our Lord. His gentleness, kindness and caring for others was/is an affirmation of the power of the Holy Spirit. Wally allowed the Father to use him as a vessel of His Love for all of us. I will greatly miss those glowing eyes, bright smile and embacing hugs that Wally shared with me-along with his encouraging words and love. I thank God for the opportunity of getting to meet and share with Wally.

To Pat and family,
Wally, a good friend, whose memory lives on. He always did for others, but never took credit to himself.

I was saddened to hear about the death of Wally. He was loved and he'll be missed. Know of my love and prayers at this sad sad time. Live, Jesus, in our hearts, forever!

We'll always remember and love Wally. He has been such an inspiration to us both. We can still hear him expressing the phrase "Oh My Land!" in response to an interesting comment. Pat, we know Wally will always be in your heart. Know that we will always be there for you. Call us whenever you need. Love, Greg and Kathleen*
