Not sure what to say?

Wally and my husband would ride down to Boston together each weekday morning. My husband was the minister at the North Salem Methodist Church from 1961 to 1964. My oldest child, Douglas, used to play with Wally and Nancy's sons - especially on the bouncing toy horse. I also saw Wally and Nancy at the 1988 Governors' convention in Ohio when I was an aide to Governor John Sununu.

Wally and my husband used to ride to Boston on weekday mornings. My husband was the minister at the North Salem Methodist Church. When I would come back east for visits, I would always stop to see Wally and Nancy. I also saw Wally and Nancy at the 1988 Governors' Convention in Cincinnati, OH. I was an aide to Governor Sununu at that convention.

Wally and his wife Nancy were two of the friendliest, kindest and most unassuming people I ever met.

Wally was a beloved teammate at EPA - a great leader of the F Troop. He understood the technical aspects of environmental protection in those earlier days of the EPA and helped define what Environmental Impact Statements had to be. Later, we knew he was leading FEMA into the future. Tom Doane and Sarah

Sorry to hear that Wally has passed. Both he and Nancy were great folks and will be missed. I always enjoyed visits to the house to talk politics and old cars. My sympathy goes out to the boys and their families.

Our heartfelt condolences to your family. May the hope of seeing your loved one again, bring you comfort and hope. John 11:24, 25
