Not sure what to say?

Dear Dad,
It is nearly one year since your death, the grief is still strong and I miss you so very much. I love you and mom and am so glad you are together again. We are getting your article ready for TAPS and I wish you were here to help me write it.
Love, Paula

Mr. Wally was nice. He grew beautiful roses.

We lived by Ms. Pauline and Mr. Wally for many years and shared many beautiful roses from Mr. Wally's garden. He was a very caring man not to mention the knowledge of almost every subject! I know he will be greatly missed by many.

I was the nurse at Spring Harbor at one time,it was my honor to have known him. He will be missed by all. Linda Clegg

COL Veaudry was the epitome of an officer and and gentleman, but I knew him as Patti and Paula's Dad. I have so much respect for the way he loved his family, and loved his Country. My prayers and love are with Patti and Paula, and his wonderful grandchildren.

Wally was a wonderful friend and fellow soldier. We served in several assignments together including Vietnam and the War College. There never been a finer, truer Christian, Soldier and Gentleman than Wally Veaudry. Paula and Patti, you are in our prayers at this sad time. May God bless and comfort you. Esther & Lew Ponder.

Here's hoping that the pool temperature is always to your liking as you partake in aquatics at your final assignment.

Our sympathy to the Veaudry family. Wally was the backbone of our chapel family for so many years. He was loved, respected and admired by all. He will be missed but always will be remembered. We will cherish the memories.

Nearly 30 years ago, I had the privilege of working with Wally at the old Outpatient Clinic of The Medical Center. He brought a compassionate professionalism to the job which has remained with me to this day. "Tears are but for a little while. Joy cometh in the morning."
