Not sure what to say?

Walt was the realtor who sold me my house in San Francisco in 1970. I also worked for him at Continental Savings and HomeOwners Finance. One thing I will always remember is the Christmas parties at his home.

My deepest sympathies to the Lembi family. Mr. Lembi was an amazing father and some of my greatest memories from my childhood are those spent with the Lembi family. "Kids Opening Day" will be remembered and cherished by many!
You will be missed.

Dearest Lembi Family et al,

It's been many years since we have spent time together, but it in no way diminishes my heartfelt sorrow and condolences over the loss of Walt.

My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time, and I know Walt is up there looking down, caring for you all, as he did here on earth. His love endures.

All my best,
Tami Turner (Gottuso)

ALWAYS A smile and a kind word.
May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief. The Lembi family has sent another fine jewel to heaven. God bless you all.

My deepest sympathies to the Lembi family during this tough time. May God hold Walt in the palm of his hand, and may he give his family strength and comfort as they cope with the emptiness that Walt now leaves.

My deepest sympathy and love to the beautiful family he has left behind. The Lembis were a big and wonderful part of all of our young lives in Burlingame. You are in good company up there Mr. Lembi.

Walter, may you be at peace. I always had great respect for you and your family. You have done a lot of good for many people and the city of San Francisco. I too am blessed to have met you and Frank.

Walter you are one of a kind. Larger than life and full of love. We may not see you physically but you will always be in our hearts. All of us were so lucky to have you in our lives. We love you and all of your family.

Walt was a great Soccer Coach! He coached my daughter Shannon and was a sweetheart and even used to pick her up for practices since I was working in the city. He really gave of himself in everyway and I consider him as one of the best & nicest soccer coaches that Shannon ever had.
