Read MoreI remember Walt from when I was very young as he was a great friend of my dad's. My dad was Jim Gill and he worked in the shop with Walt. After my dad died last July, Walt called my mom almost every week just to check in on her, and when she didn't hear anything she checked the obituaries in Flint, and realized that he had joined my dad in Heaven. Walt was such an amazing guy. He was our neighbor and our friend. He would tell us the most amazing stories and share some of his photos with us. He will be missed for sure.
