Dear Gretchen and the family, We share with you our grief for the demise of dear and beloved Arthur. Arthur was fortunate to live such long and meaningful life surrounded by a loving family. I know how close were my father and him. My father often talked about both of you with love and respect. I also remember our joint and joyful meeting in a NY restaurant about 40 years ago.
