Not sure what to say?

Uncle Walter was a jokester from way back . Even as a little girl we had a running gag with him calling me Mrs. Kaboonia. Always quick with a joke and a smile.
The world is a lot less funny without my Dad and Uncle Walter. I hope they are bring a lot of joy to heaven. They are greatly missed.
Our hearts go out to all of Uncle Walter's family. May you find strength in knowing how special he was to so many.
Love, Kathy Bilowus Downs and Family

Candy Grandpa, i miss you. i hope you always watch over me, and i hope you get to see me grow up like you wanted to. i will always remember your bowl of candy you and Grandma always offered my two sisters and i every time we visited. My favorite memory, the afternoon you made me a huge ice cream sundae and told me not to tell my mother when it spoiled my appetite for dinner. and the endless jokes you used to always tell me when it was just us two in the living room. i know your in a better...

Candy Grandpa, The memories of visiting you EVERY week, the jokes the walks at the creek. Also, the weekends when all the family got together to make YOUR Kielbasa...NEVER FORGOTTEN AS I think back as a child, remembering the bowl of candy Grandma ALWAYS kept filled, the recliner that was always you. Last but not least (though maybe not appropriate, but a memory) the case of Gennesee Cream Ale near the dogs bowls! Thanks for the GREAT memories and BEING my GRANDPA!!!!

God Bless you Uncle Walley. I am very fortunate to have shared in your life. You always had a warm smile, friendly story and a good joke. Oh and the best kielbasa in the world! I will miss you. You and your family will remain in my prayers.

Ruth, I am very sorry for your loss.

(Walter) Mr. Bilowus was bigger than life to a skinny redheaded kid dating Ruth in the late 60's. I'm saddened to learn of his passing. My heartfelt condolences to the Bilowus family.

I will miss my Great Great Uncle Walter. He was such a brainy and funny man. An absolute joy to be with. I'm proud to have known him and to have had him in my life.

Because we've known him, he has changed us and changed the world. He will not be forgotten.

I never met Walter, but his son, Tom was my brother-in-law. He, too, has a quick wit. I know the pain of this loss will be difficult to deal with, but know he's in a better place and you will see him again. In the meantime, count your blessings for having him in your life for as long as you did. He loved you very much.

Smile, even through your tears at the life that was lived and the joy that it brought to you. You are in my thoughts!
