Not sure what to say?

Walter Blackwell you are still missed. RIP Rev. Deborah L. Peyton, St. Matthew CME Church

Walter St. Matthew CME Church still miss your warm smile and generous heart. Rev. Deborah L. Peyton

His memory lives on and I still laugh when I think of him. He is missed by all who knew him, especially his Kappa brothers.

Walt was such a joker. One night after playing basketball, he drove up next to me and revved his GTO engine, I revved the engine of my Cougar and when the light changed he burned rubber and left me in the dust. However, just over the hill a cop pulled him over and he was mad as hell at me. But nothing that a good game of golf couldn't cure, as we often did.

Walter Blackwell you are gone but never fogotten. You where there for me and my family when we lost everything in a house fire. Rest in Peace!

Walt, thanks for being my friend. You really made work fun, and I learned just as much from you about life, as I did work. I truly miss you. Rest in peace my friend...

Everett & Rev. Deborah L. Peyton

Walter I was truly sadden to hear of your passing. Gene and I were truly grateful to you for the expressions of love you showed us when we had the house fire and lost everything. I am also grateful for your continued support to St. Matthew CME Church.

Walter you were a very tall and quite man but your generosity spoke volumes. Walter you will be truly missed by many. With Deepest Heartfelt Sympathy

I am deeply sadden at the passing of my friend of many years, We met at Pepco in 1967 and it seemed we had always known each other, We had so very much in common and I regret that I was not able to bid him farewell, May his soul rest in peace and his family find comfort in knowing that God's grace is sufficient thru Christ Jesus, In brotherly love, Thomas J Henderson
