Mr. Brooks was a customer of Ackley's Rocks and Stamps for years, and when I would see him from the door, in the parking lot, I would open the door for him, and we greeted each other.
It's been over 2 and a half years since I have worked at Ackley's, but I have fond memories of Mr. Brooks through all the years that I had known him, and he truly will be missed by many.

With my Dad gone I knew I could always turn to Walter to ask any questions about the family and what it was like growing up together. I still remember the story he told me that the only reason my dad got hot food was because Aunt Rose cooked and Walter passed it across the driveway.
