Not sure what to say?

I once called him Dad I lived with him and his wife Naomi for a while when I was 11 years old went to st Lawrence school and was very happy then miss you Cathy!

I only knew Walter for a short time but I enjoyed working with him
as a Volunteer at Norton's Southwest Hospital. He will be missed by all. My condolences to all the family and may God bless
you in this time of sorrow.

To the family of Walter Burden, please accept our belated condolences. Walter was a highly valued member of the Retired & Senior Volunteer Program . . . beyond that he was a delightfully funny, thoughtful and caring person at every encounter I ever had with him at the SW Hospital. I and the rest of the RSVP staff will miss his smile and his dedication.
May you find comfort in sweet memories.

Naomi,

Here’s a few words I would like to share with you during this sad time your facing and hopefully these words will bring you a smile.

Dinner was great, you and Walter bought all the perfect gifts for Savannah and Aaron, and of course the house was beautifully decorated. During that evening, Walter leaned over to me and said "none of this would have happened if it...

Smiles from the man that touched many lives . WE LOVE YOU !!!!!

Naomi,

I am so sorry for your loss. Walter was a wonderful man who was loved by all. He will be greatly missed. I used to love it when he would come into the shop for a visit. He would always greet me with a huge smile and a hug, which always was followed up by one of his famous jokes.

My thoughts are with you always!

Amy

Dearest Naomi: Our hearts are missing already this wonderful man of yours whose smile could light up a room and whose loving heart was one of the most gracious of all men we have ever met! It's not hard to remember the joy you both brought to Momma Leona and Daddy Al's lives. How much they loved you both and thus began our love for you, too. Maybe Momma Leona and Walter are "decorating" together in heaven. I personally will never forget your loving presence when my Momma passed away. We...

My deepest sympathy to your family. Walter was a beloved part of the Southwest family and will be greatly missed.
