Not sure what to say?

Wally was a great person. I just found out about his passing. I had known him for at least 40 years. Truly a principled political operative who always gave good advice. He will be missed.

I have known Walter and Gerri since I was a little kid. Walter was one of the kindest people I have ever known. He was able to connect to people of all backgrounds and ages. His career in politics was truly remarkable. Much love to Gerri and the family. The Parasurams

Wally´s The Clinton Group grassroots motivation programs were ingenious. I was excited to later accept his invitation to help create the successful political polling company, CCI. Great memories.

As new neighbors to the 2101 community twelve years ago, we will always be grateful for Wally and Gerri´s friendship and many kindnesses. Wally will be missed by all who had the good fortune to know him, however briefly.

Gerry: Sylvia and I were so saddened to learn of Wally's death. We admired him for what he accomplished, and the kind and generous and inspiring person he was. Please let us know the details of the planned DC memorial service so that we can pay our respects in person. - Joe

The Clinton´s were friends and neighbors for many years here in DC. Wally was such a warm, friendly and generous man. May his memory be a blessing to all who knew and loved him.

Wally & Gerri, Stephen & I spent countless fun-filled times together and our children were classmates and friends for many years. In addition, I had the privilege to work with Wally for several years and can say without hesitation that he was one of the most principled and decent people to be found in the political campaign world that many of us know so well. Gerri, my...
