Dear Collier family,

It is regrettable that it was not possible to attend the services for Walter, a friend and fellow employee of the Texas Department of Transporation. His many years of service to the Department is a tribute to him; always "a good and faithful servant" to his fellow man.

Lucille & Collier Family, My deepest condolences to you and your family. Sending you a warm hug, Lucille. I will always remember the UTHSCSA memories we shared.

I have very fond memories of Walter for as far back as I can remember. He was a good friend to my dad and I know he will be missed. My love to all the Collier family.

my dear collier friends,
walter b was one of the greatest generation that all our fathers and mothers belonged to. he was, as yall all are, lifelong friends of our family.

Dear Steve and family.

We are very sorry for the loss of your Dad. He was an outstanding Christian who loved the Lord. I know you know y'all will spend eternity with him someday, but it still hurts to lose your Dad. We are praying for comfort for you during this time of grief. We love y'all !!! "God BLESS" <

A great friend and an outstanding Christian as an example for all of us who were fortunate enough to know this great man.
