Hello Walt in heaven and beautiful family, Today I saw something about tko´s while looking at places ti take my wife. I immediately remembered working together at Laurelwood, your wonderful wife and all the boat memories in your room. Sleep with the angels. Best, Martin from Activities

Miss you

Just found out today that you passed away. Sad to hear that. You were fortunate to live an amazing life and amazing journey. Glad to have met you. You were fortunate to own many nice restaurants. It was a pleasure knowing you. Your up there in heaven with Bucky now tearing it up having a good time. God bless you Walter and Buckey both good men. Both are missed always a good time when you two were around.

Jeannie, my most sincere condolences to you and the family. Walter made me feel like I had another older brother. He was always watching out for me. So very sincerely,

I recently learned of Walter's passing. "Larger than life" doesn't describe who he was. He did believe in second chances and offered me one twenty-five years ago. That act of love and kindness will never be forgotten. May God Bless you, Walter, and my condolences to Jeannie, his family, and extended family. I'll see you again, pal.

so sorry for the loss of Walter. My brother Jim worked for him many years after meeting at UMass on football team. James use to recount stories of Walter. Jim passed two years ago as well. Hopefully heaven has a football field for them both to reestablish a love of the sport. So sorry again.

I grew up with Walter and his sister Grace was my dear friend. I also ended up tending bar for Walter for almost 25 years! I´ve always loved him. Rest In Peace my dear friend. Give Grace and your Mom my love

My memory of Walter, he was a great guy with a terrific sense of humor and so handsome that when he walked in the room most women would swoon. We went to school together and had such fun working on the Cape. We all felt safe with Walter behind the bar no one messed with him he was a Larger Than Life presence with a tender heart. My deepest sympathy to his beautiful wife Jean, his family and all who loved him.

My wife,Pam and I are heartbroken to hear of the passing of our long time friend, Walter. He truly was a larger than life person. Those who truly knew him know what a kind and funny person he really was. He was always there with a hand out to help a friend . A keen business mind and always a gentle smile. Our prayers go out to Jean, Ellen and John and the Collins Family. Our friend is at peace and we are left to miss him.
