Walter passed away on Tuesday, July 18, 2017. Walter was a resident of Rhode Island. He graduated from South Kingstown High School. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. Relatives and friends are invited, and may visit with the family at the church on Tuesday from 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. A private burial, with military honors, will be held at St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. Contributions in his memory may be made to St. Luke's Church.
Mr. Cotter was a wonderful man. He will be remembered for the kind man that he was. My sincere condolences to his family.
