Not sure what to say?

Walt was a great influence in my life. His influence and caring helped get me back to activity in the church.

Thanks Walt for all you have done for so many.

Best wishes to all the family.

Walt Cummings will be dearly missed by many people. Although the ward had been split when i was growing up, he was still very much a part of the 7th Ward and i will always remember his warm smile and he would alway make sure he made his way to say hello to everyone.
My deepest sympathy to the family and know that he his where we all attain to be.
Thank you Walt for you great example and teaching that you passed on to your family who in turn have also been great examples in their lives.

I am sorry to hear of Walters death he was a very caring individual. He would come and visit us at Granite Credit Union and had lots of interesting stories to tell. My deepest sympathies are with the family.

Walter A. Cummings, What a great man. His testimony of "doubling your fast offerings" has remained with me for decades...and has been quoted often.

Walt is one of my most cherished "object lessons." I have talked of him and his example at Sacrament Meetings across the United States, and always people love his story.

There comes to each life situations that "make their mark" and change peoples lives forever. Walt made his mark on my heart and was an example that changed not...

Dear Family,

When we first moved to Kearns your parents were the first people we met. We have enjoyed many years of friendship with all of you. We will all miss your dad. We love you all and are here for you.

Cummings family

Your dad and mom were dear to me when I worked at Granite District. Your dad got me through some hard times when he worked with me at various elementary schools and your mom (who worked with me at Kearns Junior High) was a great person. Later when I became manager of custodial services at Granite your dad was a great help to me day after day. I am only sorry I hadn't seen him for over 20 years. He will be missed

Please accept my deepest sympathies. We lived on the street just south of Walt and Laura for 15 years. We will miss them both. Though he was our bishop at one time, I remember him most as a primary teacher for one of my children. What a sweet man.

Dear Family,
We are sorry to hear of the passing of your father and grand-father. Walter was a gentle, caring person and will be missed. We enjoyed our visits with him at Ryan and Lori's house. During our visits, we became aware that he was highly respected and cared for by the Curtis family. We will miss him.
