Not sure what to say?

So saddened to hear of Coach Czekaj's passing. My brother and I fondly remember our last conversation with him on the sidelines last Thanksgiving in Strarford. We shared some great memories.
"Cocher's" influence will be passed on through countless generations. He taught and prepared his players well and on gameday he got out of the way and let them play. He took young men on adventures that went far beyond what they thought their limitations where. He modeled great character for all around...

Czekaj Family,
I am sorry for your tremendous loss. Coach was a great motivator, teacher, and friend. He has been a huge influence on me throughout my life.

My sincerest condolences to the entire Czekaj family. Please know that Coach was a great influence on my life and many others. My inspiration to coach others came from him and what he taught me. I beam with pride every time I see my former players teaching their players the same lessons Coach Czekaj taught me over 20 years ago. He always brought out the best in us and made us believe we were champions on and off the field. Coach's legacy will live forever because he has made a difference...

Coach was a quiet inspiration to all around him. He was always willing to teach. Thank you Coach. My condolences to his family and friends- he truly will be missed.

I will always remember Coach Czekaj for reminding me that win or lose, real success is achieved by giving it your best. I feel very fortunate having been coached by him, even if it was only for a year. He will truly be missed.

Dear Nancy and family,

Both Marianne and I want to express our sincerest condolence to you and your family. I have always rememberd Walt as a guy who always gave it his all. As an SHS football teamate, I always remember him telling me "get me the ball first" before you do anything else. Based on what he did with his life, he always made sure the ball was in the right place in the lives of all that he touched.

Walt was a wonderful, caring gentleman - it was a pleasure to have known him, both as a friend and as a customer. He will be truly be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Coach Czekaj was a great man. Though I was never officially coached by him (went to BHS), he saw me progress through the ranks in wrestling and he would come over to me (with being the coach of our rival school) at times after matches and would give me advice on what I did, win or lose-to better myself. Then after I graduated from hs, I met up with him and had the opportunity to talk to him about coaching. I must admit, the advice he gave me I still use to this day. I can honestly say...

Nancy and family,
My deepest sympathy to all of you at this time. Walt was a wonderful influence on my boys. We all have special memories especially with the wrestling. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
