Not sure what to say?

Oh no, I'm so sorry for your loss! I've been trying to find Walt for a long time now but I was concentrating on the Harrisburg area. I'm the historian for his WWII unit and I so would have loved to have met him. God speed soldier, thank you for your service. Family please get in touch with me, my email is posted on 284thcombatengineers.com

Walt was a most wonderful man. He embodied what makes a Veteran of WW2 truly a hero. He lived his life well and was always generous in thought and actions. We will always remember him being with our Dear Aunt Janet Abram during some difficult years of her life. They had a very special relationship. May God rest his soul.

I will always remember Walt's smile, laugh and sense of humor. He was always one of the first to get his Christmas cards out just after Thanksgiving. He will be remembered and missed by all.
