Not sure what to say?

He was a great friend. I still have framed pic of Walter, Lowell Pyles, and me hanging on the wall of my Bible study room. We had special times as we worked in Milacron advertising and the Machine Tool shows in Chicago. Pat, comfort on those days when the clouds cover the beauty of sunsets.

I used to work with Walter's wife Pat. He would stop by randomly to see her and she'd say "Goodmorning Mr. Darling!" and smile really big. I miss working with Pat and I'm very sorry that her sweet husband left this world.

Pat & Family,
So sorry to hear of your loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Walt had a way of putting smiles on the faces of those around him. I am sure you will all miss him greatly until you meet again where there will be no more sorrow or tears.
Love to All.

To the Darling family,
It was a pleasure to get to know you during your father's time at Bethesda. Although my interaction with him was limited, it was obvious that he was a deeply loved man, surrounded by family that truly respected him. May your memories of him comfort you during this time and always.

Pat and family
We were so sad to hear of your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Walter was a very special person whose humor was enjoyed by everyone who knew him.

Pat and Family,

I worked alongside Walt, Dave Hoffman, and Lowell Pyles in Marketing Services at Milacron before retiring in 1998. Hanging on the wall in my home office is a picture of Walt, Lowell and myself, the day we retired.

Pat, losing someone you dearly love is never easy. Below is a writing that brought me a lot of comfort. I found it in my deceased wife's Bible after she had died. We had been married 41 years.

I said, "God, I hurt."
And God said,...

It seems there never has been a time when it wasn't Walt and Pat. A fondly remembered fraternity brother and fellow Milacron retiree. Herman and Barbara Kleine, Cary, NC

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
