Read MoreJust noted that Mr. Duechler passed......He played on the legendary 1947 WAHS Football team with my dad Bob Smith......I recall being with my dad when he might run into Wally out and about Aurora and he would nudge me and let me know that Wally was not only and exceptional teammate but a very successful person. Sorry to lose so many of those folks who made Aurora such a great place to grow up.....
