About a decade ago, when I stopped by Walter's place and found him in his little workshop just back of the house, I noticed a small guitar sitting there. Since my guitar had been stolen about that time, I asked Walt how much he wanted for it. At 15 bucks, the price was right. I bought it, put new strings on it and I still use it in the summer when I go backpacking in the Trinity Alps.
