Jason, his family, and I were sad to hear of Uncle Walt's passing.
I'll always remember his laugh and all of the fun picnics at Uncle Walt and Aunt Dotti's house when I was growing up. The beer fights between Dad and him provided great entertainment.
Such happy memories provided from his life. I bet he is smiling in Heaven as I am sitting here smiling thinking of him and what he meant to my dad. We love hearing Dad talk about their times together.

My parents, Bob & Norma Coehick were friends with Walt & Dottie, I remember the fun times they had at my aunt & uncle's, Margie & Bill Locker and the fun times they all had in St.Mary's at my grandparents. My condolences to Dottie & the family..He will be greatly missed.

Walt and Dottie were good friends with my parents, Jess and Evelyn Maddex. My dad worked at Keystone Gravel Co. in Dayton, and during the 50s and 60s we lived on the gravel pit grounds. For a while, Walt and Dottie lived just across the railroad tracks in a little cottage that had once belonged to a blacksmith, George Dickerson. During that time, I would say Dottie was my Mom's best friend. Walt's Dad, "Tippy(?)" and his Mom also lived across the tracks but their house and small farm...
