Walter Dwornick Obituary
Walter (85) of St. Clair Shores, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2017. He was born on July 11, 1931. He is survived by sons Walter IV (Wally), Andrew and daughter Elisabeth Rose (Lisa) and her husband Rick Belloli, and is predeceased by his wife, Rose Mary (nee Mellert). He is also survived by his sister Marilyn McClure. Walter was a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, serving in New Orleans in the early 1950's. In keeping with of the wishes of Walter there will be no funeral. A mass will be offered later this year at St. Isaac Jogues. In observance of Walter's devotion to his beloved dogs, including most recent adoptee, Cujo, in lieu of flowers or condolences the family requests donations be made to the Michigan Humane Society, Development Department, 30300 Telegraph Road, Suite 220, Bingham Farms, MI 48025 or online at michiganhumane.org
