Not sure what to say?

Walt was a friend, a coworker and the cornerstone of our CY basketball game. The games went on for 22 years because of Walt. A great guy who will be missed by anyone who had the good fortune to know him.

We are so sorry to learn of Walters passing. Nilda and Walters family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.

My friendship with Walt began at the tax office. He was very knowledgable, funny, interesting and diverse in his hobbies. Every summer he'd show off his garden and share his vegetables. He took pride and great care of his home, his yard, his dogs, and he loved the two special ladies in his life, Suzanne and Nilda. I will miss Walt very much, he was a warm and sincere man, stubborn in his politics, energetic with his dancing, picky in his eating, but hugged like he meant it!

I am so sad to hear about Walt's passing. I will always remember the fun ice skating on the pond and working with him. I worked with him for many years in the Maintenance Department at Connecticut Yankee. You were a good man Wally Eager and will definately be missed. - Jane Bird

The thing that I remember most about Walt was his signature page "call 208". He was always willing to accommodate operations department when we had a problem. He was a asset at CY.

I will always remember Walt's old school two handed set shot and the amazing depth perception for a one eyed fella. His nickname giving was notorius-P bear, plow, catman, birdman (the bird bus), truck, bull, slasher, rogo, ej, beak, octo. I am sure i missed some. Our heart felt condolances to Walt's family and friends. Anne and Jim Neiweem (Bull)
