I am so very sad to see this news and will be wrapping the whole family in prayer. I knew Walt through St. Alban Roe and always enjoyed our chats about the parish, the insurance industry and his many hobbies. I will remember the many years of him walking to Mass and being a constant presence along Clayton Road. May God grant him eternal rest.

Hi Gullers - Sorry to hear about Walt's passing but sure he is in a better place now. I'll remember boats at the Ozarks, Christmas in living rooms too small, and our shared hug in the kitchen when I walked downstairs after my father died. Big man, big heart, big charisma. See you soon.

This photo is the way I will always remember Walt - kind, smiling and a certain joy for life! We were IVC (Ignatian Volunteer Corps) friends for several years and he will be remembered and prayed for often. My sincere condolences to his wife, Jeanne, and all the family.
