Our deepest sympathy! Your love one has left behind thousand memories that will live in your heart forever.

Blessings,

Patsy, I offer my sincere condolence to you and your family. I knew you and Walt when you were dating, we were on the same team, and worked in the same organization in the Air Force. Walt was a very kind man, always had a friendly smile, and one of the best.

Lt Hall,

Was definitely one of the good guys at SAPD. Great police officer and even better man. He made all of us better officers. There are some people that you would cross the street in rush hour traffic to shake hands with Walter Ray of one of them.
