Not sure what to say?

I had the great pleasure of working with Walter as co-counsel on a matter a few years back. As a carpetbagging young attorney from the North, he and Ty Butler showed me the ropes in a Georgia courtroom and around Savannah. I was amazed by his intellect, wit and charm. A true gentleman and an excellent attorney. I still think of him often and was saddened to learn recently of his passing. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Hartridge family and all of Walter's many friends.

On behalf of the entire SCAD family, I wish to extend my heartfelt condolences in the passing of Walter, a friend of the university and a cherished member of the Savannah community. He is deeply missed.

In sympathy,

Paula Wallace
SCAD President and Cofounder
