Not sure what to say?

In 1981 right after I graduated college I worked for Walter Hawkins. I had a real estate license and the timing was just right and they ended up helping me help my parents to purchase a beautiful home on Millicent Way not far from the office. Walter, Betty Lou and Mr. Billy Glassell were wonderfully tolerant of me. I have great memories from those times and deeply appreciate them. Sincerely, Gregg Renda

May Walter rest in peace. May God's face shine upon him, his family and his friends.

Walter will be missed in the Real Estate world. I worked for Walter for many years until he closed his firm. It was such a joy working for him.

Everybody in real estate loved Betty Lou and Walter.

Walter Hawkins was where I began selling real estate. He was the very best person to ever learn from. He was so wonderful to work for and was always there to listen, give you praise and take your side. Very few times did he not have a smile on his face and always such a true southern gentleman. Walter, you will be missed by so much by many but the home where you are going will be the perfect home, one that real estate here could never find. You'll always have a special place in my heart....
