Walter Frederick Hespelt

My condolences to Walt's family. I played many rounds of golf with Walt at Veteran's golf course. He was a fine golfer and always a gentleman. I loved his sense of humor and I am saddened at his passing.

Sorry for your loss. I worked with Walt in the Loan Recovery Dept. at Shawmut First Bank and those were good times. We think of him every time we pass Ventura Drive in Springfield.

Mike I'm so sorry for your loss. I remember playing golf with you & your Dad at Ludlow CC so many years ago. May your Dad rest in peace.

So sorry for your loss Brian and Holly. He clearly was a special man. So many talents.

Walter was one of Springfield´s best athletes. There was no sport at which he could not excel. He was also a congenial friend to many, and an able, helpful banker. More importantly, in whatever he did, Walter was a humble, modest person. His was a life well-lived. Sincerely and with sympathies to Walter´s family, Bill Fitzgerald.

Holly and Family, I´m so sorry to hear of your dads passing . I did have the pleasure of meeting him and could tell that he loved his family dearly . Rest In Peace you are no longer suffering , may God open the gates of heaven and welcome you home.
