To the Family I wish to express my sympathy on the occasion of Walter's death. I was the Director of Volunteers at St. Joseph's when Walter gave such caring service. I was also one of the Richards children when he lived on Mann Street in Auburn, NY
I remember when his parents built that beautiful home right across the street from us. We lived at #14. Years later the numbers were adjusted and I believe our home is now #17 or so.

I have many fine memories working with Walt at Carrier Corp.
He was an exquisite designer !
He was always a gentleman.
Most of all I enjoyed his comments about his camp.
Seems all he did was work was he was there !
