Walter was born on October 20, 1932 and passed away on Saturday, February 6, 2016. Walter was a resident of Keyser, West Virginia at the time of his passing. He was a US Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was married to Joy. Friends may call at the Smith Funeral Home Keyser Chapel on Thursday February 11 2016 from 2-4 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted at the Danville Community Baptist Church on Friday February 12 2016 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. C. Waco Biser and Rev. Bill Miller officiating. Friends may also call at the church one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in the Dawson Cemetery Dawson MD.
