Walter was a beloved presence at HCC, and over the years so many students have told me what an impact he had on them as a teacher and mentor--he really made a difference in their lives. My condolences to Walter's family.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss, he was a wonderful vet and a kind person.

So sad to hear about Walter. He has been such a great landlord to us for 20 years. We will miss his stories about the history of the property we live on and all the work he's done with animals. We always learned something new when we talked to him. The last time he was here fixing something he let our 5 year old sit and yack his ear off the entire time with no complaints. Such a nice guy! We will truly miss him

I am so sorry to hear that Walter has passed away. We shared a hallway and many good talks and laughs at HCC. He was a great teacher and valued colleague.

Walter was a friend and a well-regarded colleague at HCC. I remember him very fondly and with admiration and respect. He will be deeply missed.
