Not sure what to say?

Maj. Junkins,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your years of dedicated service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the U.S. Army-especially during WW II and the Korean War. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

Dear Jean:
Walt was a joy to know, and we were glad to have had the pleasure of knowing both of you in person, and after we moved, continuing our friendship with his lively email correspondence. He will be missed.
We are thinking of both of you with great fondness.
Barbara and Paul Workinger

Jean and Philip,
I was so sorry to hear of Walter's passing. I know what you went through, as my husband, Richard Wing, passed away from cancer four years ago after a year of treatments. I miss him very much, just as you will miss Walter. Remember all the good times you had with him. Take care of yourselves.
