Walt was the father of Kevin Kittelson, one of my really good friends from 1977 whom I had met in 1976/77 in Heidelberg, Germany on a U.S. Army basketball court. They were a wonderful American family who took care of me when I was in youthful & romantic trouble during my stay in the U.S. I will never forget that - as well as a trip to Huntsville and to Daytona Beach.
