Not sure what to say?

Dear Hilda and family,
I don't know if you remember me but pastor married my mom and dad, John and Anita. He baptized me and confirmed me. When I heard that Pastor Kovac died from my mom and dad I was surprised. I am really sorry that I couldn't come and say goodbye to him. I hope everything is going good and I hope you don't have too much stress. He is with God now and is not suffering anymore. God Bless!

DEAR HILDE AND FAMILY,

I WAS DEEPLY SADDENED TO LEARN OF WALTER'S HOME-GOING. HE WAS A CLASSMATE OF MINE AT THE SEMINARY IN ST. LOUIS, AND I REMEMBER HOW CORDIAL OUR FRIENDSHIP THROUGH THE YEARS THERE WERE AS WE SHARED MANY DAYS OF PREPARING FOR THE MINISTRY. MY WIFE AND I REMEMBER MEETING WALTER AT ST. MARK'S, CLEVELAND A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO WHEN HE WAS FILLING IN DURING THE VACANCY THERE. SEEING ONE ANOTHER AGAIN IT WAS LIKE "OLD TIMES." IT WAS A JOY TO MEET YOU AS WELL. ...

Dear Hilda, Paul and Kim:

We just learned of Pastor's passing. I can only imagine the rejoicing in heaven at having such a wonderful man in the midst of all the angels. We were blessed to have had Pastor in our lives. He was a kind, gentle man of God and he will be missed. He was held in such high esteem by everyone. I pray that your sorrow will turn to joy and that the memories of this wonderful husband, father and grandfather will sustain you.

Dear Hilda, Kim, & Paul:

My deepest sympathy

He was A GREAT PASTOR

May GOD be with you always

Dear Aunt Hilda, We have been thinking about you all weekend as we celebrate our memories of Uncle Walt. It was such an honor to have Uncle Walt as one of the ministers who performed our wedding ceremony. I will never forget the many vacations we spent together in Cocoa Beach at Canaveral Towers and eating dinner at the Lobster Shanty. We regret that we cannot join you for the ceremonies, but our thoughts and prayers will be with you.
Love,
Jonathan, Miriam, and Norah

Dear Hilda and family:

Our prayers and love are with you. Pastor Kovac was so instrumental to our lives as a young couple and in our journey to seminary and to a life of service in the church.

Words cannot express the gratitude we have to Pastor Kovac. We rejoice in his entrance to heaven, thank God for his life and pray God's blessings on you who provided such great care to him in these last days.

We love you.

God bless,

Rev. Rob and...

Dear Hilda and Family, We were so saddened to hear of Pastor Kovacs passing. I grew up without a father and when I truly needed one at what seemed like an impossible time in my life he was there. He baptized both of our children and married us. He is home now and at peace with his Lord.
He was truly a very devoted servant and also was deeply respected by those who knew him. Keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers,
Jeff and Karen Swenton

Dear Hilda,Paul, and Kim, It was such a privilege to care for Walter. I always felt like I was walking on "holy ground" when I entered his room. He taught us alot of good lessons. We never did anything that he didn't say thank you for. Many of us asked Walter to pray for our special intentions because we believed he had a special connection with God. Thank you for sharing him with us at Holy family home. We will miss him. You all did a wonderful job helping on his journey to heaven. God...

Dear Hilda,
We were deeply saddened to hear of the death of Pastor Kovac. He was there for me on a very sad Good Friday when I was very ill and I remember him walking into my hospital room and the concern that he felt was there on his face. The relief when I joked with him and he realized that I would recover was evident.
How mayn times he did this for others and how much he cared and took their sorrows is unknown to us but known to you and God. I cannot imagine how much you will...
