I sure miss his generosity, his fatherly advice, and companionship!

Walt was a tough guy with a great laugh.Even in his later years, he was sharp as a tack.
When we occasionally were involved in real estate disputes, he was very comfortable discussing the situation with counsel for the other side. One in particular told me after a meeting, how impressed he was with Walter.
I miss him already.
