Not sure what to say?

My prays are with your family. I moved to Leimert Park a year ago and wrote Tim Leimert requesting some of the original brochures from the Leimert Park development from the 30's. He sent me two lovely original brochres along with his business card. I framed them both. What a wonderful person. May god bless you all.

Dear Leimert Family,
What a loss! Tim introduced me to marinated herring one evening while having dinner with my parent's, Jack and Carol White. I will never forget our afternoons at the Junior Rosebowl games with Uncle Ed. Tim was a wonderful friend to my father, Jack, and to our entire family. He has been the one friend to continue to call and find out how Jack was fairing. What a wonderful legacy he leaves behind. He was an extraordinary person. He will be missed beyond words. I do...

We will deeply miss Tim's wild Christmas cards, impish grin & great sense of humor. What a gift to have known him....

Mr. Leimert was ahead of his time. There will never be anyone like him again. He has lightened my outlook on life and has given me the mental tools to keep things in perspective...and not to take anything too seriously. I wish he could have lived longer...God only knows the art he would have created!

All of us at Golden Performing Arts Center are so sorry for your loss. We will never forget what an adorable and spirited man Mr. Leimert was and what a patient landlord. We send our heartfelt sympathies to all of you.

My deepest sympathy to the family of Tim Leimert. From a fellow member of the LACC.
