WALTER LEITMEYER passed away in San Diego, California. The obituary was featured in San Diego Union-Tribune on November 3, 2010.
I didn't know Uncle Walt that well do to the fact my age and the distance, NJ to Cal., but I do remember when he would to visit my Dad(Al), and three of the brothers-Jack, Walt and Al were together they would enjoy each others company. And I'm sure that's what they are still doing.

Uncle Walt was a great uncle. I do remember when he came to Chicago on his way back to San Diego after seeing his brother Al ( my father) . Uncle Walt spent about 2 or 3 days but it was fun.
We will miss him.
