Not sure what to say?

Rest in Peace Walter, see you on the other side.

Walt was a great leader as President of the Chi Psi fraternity at Wesleyan and on the football field where he was a superb quarterback.
He was always upbeat and a source of inspiration to all of us who had the pleasure of knowing him during our Wesleyan years. May he rest in peace. Jon Stover, Bethesda, Md.

I knew Walter many years ago. We worked together at Camp Waganakl in Maine. I was his catcher, and I loved watching his rocking motion and fiery fastball !!I left Summit many years ago, but my uncle always kept me informed of his excellent sevice as mayor . .he was a wonderful person

Walter was a special person. I worked for him at Travelong and
enjoyed kidding around with him. He had a really good heart.
My heartfelt sympathy to all of his family. Diane (Felauer) Froberg,

Walter was one of the most wonderful people I have ever known. I will miss my friend so very much. My heartfelt sympathies to his family. Summit won't be the same without him.

I joined Baltusrol in 1980 and Walter was one of my first golf mates. He welcomed me to the club in a way I will never forget. He will be missed by his fellow members who benefited from his friendship.

I am so sorry for your loss. It is very difficult to bear the loss of a loved one. May the God of tender mercies who strengthens us in our trials and hardships sustain you at this most difficult time--2 Cor. 1:3, 4. C.Day
