Mrs. Lowe and family, I was shocked and saddened to hear of Walter´s passing. I will miss seeing both of you at our Board of Managers fundraiser´s supporting the "Home" . May he "Rest In Peace".

It was always a pleasure to drop in and chat a bit with Walter when I worked next door at Boyle & Anderson. He, together with Jack McLane, was also instrumental in securing Grants for my church which have been very, very much appreciated. Walter was always a gentleman, kind and generous. The Foundations will miss his steady guidance.

We both were sadden to hear of the lost of our friend and fellow Elk. May God be with you all at this most difficult time and also with him. Enjoy and cherish your memories. Remember his love for you and that will keep him close to your hearts. God Bless you all and God Bless Walter. To Our Absent Member..... Love and Prayers to you all. Fritz and Phyllis Allen

Remember playing basketball with Walt at the Y, outside shot could not be stopped. He was a great guy. Joan remembers him from the bank, a true gentleman. Condolences to the extended Lowe Family.
