To the Marchel Family - I worked with Walter back in the mid 70's. I worked in the Gamble Building and he worked in the mailroom at City Hall. He was always a nice, kind person and fun to be around. Once he started working at Building and Electrical Maintenance with the COS he come by my office on Bull Street and would chat and bring each other up on what's going on at the City.
