I remember him as a Guidance Counselor at Bulkeley High School in Hartford during my years there. A very nice man. My deepest condolences to the family.

All of us in the Mackay-Morgan Family send our sincere condolences to Judy and to Walter's children and family. Since we moved into the neighborhood almost 14 years ago, the both of you have always welcomed us, as well as offered your friendship and assistance. We will miss Walter's wit, unassuming manner and friendly, warm smile. I will always vision him giving us that gentle wave, smile and head nod from the car to all of us as you drove by.
