I remember Walts' involvement in the Boy Scouts (Wilmington District) from many years ago. He tried his best to help Adult Scouters & Boys as well.
He also was involved in the restoration of Riverside Cemetery a very noble undertaking.
Walt took my daughters' High School Graduation pictures, since the school she attended in Philadelphia did not do pictures. I will be eternally grateful to Walt for doing that for me.
My deepest condolences to Carol & the family that he leaves...

With deep sympathy to Walt's family. Peace in the thought that we will all met again. When I joined the Boy Scouts, Troop # 7 at the Pulaski Legion, at age 11 in 1959, Walt was in his last year as the Senior Patrol Leader, before extending into the Explorer Scouts. Even at the age, 14, Walt was very charismatic and an extraordinary role model. Requiescat In Pace ( R.I.P. ), Walt.

Please accept my dearest and heartfelt sympathy; I am so sorry for your loss. May the God who "binds up the brokenhearted" and "comforts all who mourn" sustain your family during this challenging time. Isaiah 61:1, 2
