Not sure what to say?

I was just a toddler when I watched Henry play basketball in High School. I have been told that I was crazy about him. I was given a black baby doll for Christmas when I was 2 years old and I named her Henry after him. That was my favorite doll and the only one I still have from my childhood. I am 54 now. I wish I could have met the man that inspired my grandparents to buy me that doll. It sounds like he was a great man!

In the late 80's I was installing carpet for a real nice family by the name of proctor, after finishing the job we went to thier office so I could get paid, There is where I met Henry,he said he needed a floor Installer,I can keep you busy for a long time he said.I had just moved back here from Texas, work was slow for me, so I have always thought that was an answer to my prayer for more work.I remember his children.Great man,Great friend, Sorry I lost contact with my friends from 23rd street.

I would just like to say walter you fought a good fight and you won .i know they love you in heaven because I don't think you ever change you have an out of sight personality .thank you Jason toy Meggon for sharing your father with us I am ms Carolyn Nellams May the lord bless and keep you all in his care.

I miss you dad, I think about you more than I ever have before, usually once or twice a day i hear your voice in my head, either laughing at something I did or sayin "Jayboy! now why did u go and do that" . . . my father, forever will be my very best friend, I love you . . . every person in your life is there for a specific reason, if they're there to help you-let them, if they're there because they need help-help them, if they're there to love . . . love them completely and fully everyday

On behalf of sister Maygon, my brother Jayson and I, we would like to Thank all of you who have been in a part of my dads life. For those of you that visited the hospital and prayed for our family we thank you. It gives us great comfort to read the kind words said about our dad. His life was beyond rich in family and friends and we are thankful for that. A special "Thank You" to Louise, nurse-lady who has helped us and stood by our side offering unconditional support when we needed it most....

One of the nicest guys you could know. I moved to Everett from a small town in N.Dak as a sophomore in High School. Henry was our star bb player and of course class president. Although we were not close buddies he always had a word of encouragement for me.
Last time I saw "Hank" was at Fort Ord, Cal. during basic training. We chatted for a long time and wished each other well. Glad to hear Henry lived a great life with lots of love from family and many friends. The 50th reunion won't...

Dear Dad, You took me in as your own son and shared the secrets of men that only sons and fathers hold close. Thank you for trusting me to take care of your precious daughter, my wife and being the father and grandfather that children can only dream of. The days ahead will be tough, but you have prepared us by leaving behind your great legacy. We will miss hearing your laugh during the holidays and seeing your face light up when you see all of your grandchildren. Don't know how to end this...
