Not sure what to say?

We were so saddened to hear of Junior´s passing. He was a dear friend in college and a groomsman in our wedding. He was so funny. He was full of life. We are so grateful that he was in our life. Our love and prayers go out to his wife, Sue and children, Matthew and Amy.

Our sincere sympathy to your entire family. From one of George´s St. Henry classmates.

Great friend growing up in McLeansboro and beyond from a great family. So sad for those left behind

In loving memory of Dr. Walter Mauck. Great mentor, doctor and friend. We will miss you always.

Dr. Mauck was an amazing person. Shared quite a few stories over the years of course some were with a dental instrument in my mouth but he had a way of making you comfortable in the chair. He was our dentist but always felt he was more of a friend. Our condolences to the family and his friends.

Keeping you all close in prayers

Many times people will say "he died too young"...and in Junior's case, that is oh so true. I met Junior in January 2021,as he was in our "Johnny Walkers" group at The Forest CC down in Florida. I probably only golfed with him 4 or 5 times, but felt like I'd known him for years. After golf, we would talk about Southern Illinois, half marathons, and much more....and he told me to just call him Bug. Everybody enjoyed his company. I know all of us at the club send our thoughts and prayers to...

Dr. Mauck...THE BEST!!! So funny, so skilled, so positive, and he´d play Neil Diamond on the work system for me while fixing my teeth!!! Love and sympathy to his family

Susan, So sorry to learn of Jr.'s death. He was a very good man and a very good dentist. He has many friends in McLeansboro who are thinking of you and wishing you well at this difficult time.
