Not sure what to say?

I am heart broken to hear about the loss my God Father who I loved dearly. My condolences to my family.

I was saddened to hear the news of Sonny's passing. My father, Raymond Samolyk, and Sonny grew up together, playing side-by-side as children in Elizabeth, as uncle and nephew. They were not only close in age, but also close in their affection for one another. My heart goes out to his family.

Greg and Amy and Patrick and I were so saddened to hear of Mr. McKenna's death. As his obituary so well proclaimed ' a memorable man.' We remember him well.

I am truly saddened to read this news today. Mac was a good friend and a valuable, positive influence during my teenage years in Elizabeth. I feel extremely privileged to have known him and mourn his passing. I was fortunate to have spoken to him on the phone only a few weeks ago. I will miss him.

I will always remember Walter from our childhood years, growing up with my cousin Bob Fernandez and Phil Saxton. We had great times together, I will never forget him.
Ray Fernandez

Our deepest sympathies. I always enjoyed having Walter come to the house. We shared a love of animals.

Sue and Bill Eisert (neighbors)

Mac love animals and he liked raising chickens

My Dad was awesome on so many levels. He loved god, his family and friends. He impacted all whom he met with his genuine smile and salt of the earth personality. I learned so much from him over the years. He was frugal, yet generous. Gentle yet determined. It was a blessing to be there at the end to help comfort and love him.
May he rest in peace until we meet again.

The Nardones send our sincere sympathies to the entire family.

We have missed Walter and Carolyn, our next door neighbors of almost 20 years, since they moved to Colt's neck and my heart goes out to the entire family on their loss. He was a unique man that brightened every day with kindness, wisdom and humor.
