Not sure what to say?

Dear Jean, I am so sorry to hear about Walter. I know he will be missed by you and the rest of your family. We have been friends for so long and I feel your pain. Please call when you can. I am having trouble reaching you since I returned from my trip. Love, Mary Jane (Jakupco) Thibodeau

Dear Jeannie, we were so sorry to hear about Walter's passing. He was such a wonderful man. Being so far away from family is difficult, but please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Jeannie, I remember you and Walter visiting my parents, Rose and Barney Foley, when I was a young girl. They were so fond of both of you. My deepest sympathies to you and your family.
Ellen (Foley) Carroll

Dear Jeannie and children, Your family is in our thoughts and prayers as you deal with this difficult loss. We always enjoyed visiting with you when we visited in CT. We have many fond memories of coffee and cookies at your house as we looked at old pictures and talked about relatives. You have our deepest sympathy.

Dear Jeanne, I remember first meeting you at my grandfather, Dace Moran's funeral and then at the Foley reunion in 1996. Later, I stopped to visit you at Groton Long Point (about 6 or 7 years ago) and had a chance to chat and get to know Walter. I wish our families had been as close as when your mom lived with my grandmother Nora while she was attending school many years ago. I am so sorry for your loss especially at Christmastime. My dad and mom (Babe and Betty Moran) also send their...

Dear Jeannie,
I remember first meeting you at my Grandfather's funeral (Dace Moran) and then at the Foley reunion in 1996. Later, I stopped to visit you at Groton Long Point (about 6 or 7 years ago) and had a chance to chat with Walter. I am so sorry for your loss especially at Christmas time. My dad and mom (Babe and Betty Moran) also send their condolences. We will keep you and your family in our prayers.

I remember Walt as a catcher, for playing for my father's baseball town team, the 'Cluett Peabody Arrows' in North Grosvenordale. Although Walt and I are generations apart and I haven't seen him in over 50 years, I would like to offer the Modliszewski family my sincere condolences. Bob Aucoin

I was lucky enough to be taught by Mr. M. I still thought of him occasionally throughout the years. My condolences to his family. Laura (Boscarino) Leland P. Wilson Jr. High School.

Dear Jean, Mary Jean , Andrea & Wally,

I feel very blessed to have known Walter and your family so well during my childhood years years.
He will be deeply missed as his passing leaves a hole in the heart of many including myself, for he touched the hearts of both young and old during his lifetime. I have fond memories of him growing up and I would like to mention just a few.

I spent plenty of summers at Fernridge Park when he was working there, as he would take me with him...
