Not sure what to say?

Walt was a good friend and mentor, who helped me get my writing career off the ground, starting with a little paper in Linwood back in late '80s-early '90s. Our group had a lot of fun in our news meetings. We kept in touch throughout the years, and he always had a joke or pun to share. Like my Irish-American dad, he loved to talk! but Walt always had something interesting to say. My sympathies to Anita, Sharon and Tom. Your dad was one of a kind.

Walter was a dear friend of my uncle ,Emil Dobkin, and it was an honor to have known him throughout the years. God bless.

I met Walt when I worked at Local 54. Very nice man. Condolences to his family

Uncle Walter is with his beautiful wife Rose in heaven. I have so many wonderful memories with my Uncle Walter and Aunt Rose and my cousins Anita, Sharon and Tom especially going "down the shore " to visit them. I remember Uncle Walter bringing us to the radio station WOND one of many great experiences Uncle Walter shared with us. I really remember the great, funny times Uncle Walter and my Dad, Vincent Sargese had together where they would laugh at themselves or funny jokes. They laughed so...

Thank you for your guidance and wisdom over these many years. And for baseball, thanks for sharing baseball with me. And your recipe for Squirrel Salad Sandwiches will stay with me long after you're gone.

Great Guy... Always positive. Murf will be missed by All who ever Crossed his path....

Blessed to have known Walt. God bless him.

So sorry to learn of Walt´s passing. I first met him when I was a teenager in the `60s when he was selling advertising on WOND and would stop in the Cardinal Tie Shop on the Boardwalk where I worked in the summer to speak to my boss, Walter Bryz-Gornia about advertising. Over the years our paths crossed many times. He was always good-natured and a gentleman. Condolences to Walt´s family.

What a GREAT man! I knew Walt in the Kiwanis Club. He always had a a warm smile.! Deepest sympathies to his family. God bless you all. Art Gager
